We operate seven stunning venues across the UK. Woodland Manor Hotel is in Bedfordshire, Lakeside Kitchen & Bar & Ferry Meadows Café are in Cambridgeshire, Sherwood Pines Café is in Nottinghamshire, Lincoln Cathedral is in Lincolnshire, Delamere Forest Café is in Cheshire and Emberton Park Café is in Buckinghamshire.

We celebrate our local heritage and have ensured that more than 95% of our suppliers are local to the parks. We communicate this to our customers and feel they recognise that we work hard to support the local economy.

Meadow Brown Restaurants was formed in 2013 and secured the lease at Ferry Meadows Cafe for Nene Park Trust in Peterborough. Prior to our commencing operations, the cafe turned over less than £250,000 but in the first year of trading we managed to nearly double revenues to more than £400,000. Working closely with the Trust, we also developed a new cafe / restaurant business at the Lakeside Pavilion – Lakeside Kitchen & Bar and are proud to say that last year turnover topped £1.13m including an ever-growing events business. This strong year on year growth has been achieved through focusing on a very personal service to our customers, serving great food and really priding ourselves on attention to detail in everything we do.

To further provide a stable platform to help growth in other markets, we are proud to have purchased Woodland Manor Hotel in Bedford. Since leasing the building since March 2018 we have always seen the potential of this beautiful building. Woodland Manor Hotel is one of the area’s most popular venues for weddings, celebrations and other events and, since our opening, we have seen significant strides taken in developing a very successful long-term business. In addition to an extensive high-class restaurant, bar and lounges we also accommodate 35 boutique bedrooms for hotel residents. This venue also employs a very strong culinary team and has extensive kitchen infrastructure which is ideally placed to support our other operations for events.
